Wild Mushroom Stroganoff

From our kitchen! Maitake, Oyster and Shiitakes all grown in house are braised in olive oil and added to our in-house gravy. The gravy is rich in flavor! We add garlic, spices and vegan sour cream for a creamy flavor. Our eggless egg noodles make it tops for vegans and no sacrifice in flavor. A favorite! One serving/Frozen.
