Comb Tooth mushrooms are a member of the Hericium family (Lion's Mane relative). They are identified with toothy, spread out branches. We harvest when young for optimum flavor. It has a mild, nutty flavor. Delicious broken up and sauteed. Low in calories, no fat and said to taste sometimes like lobster.
